Holy crap. I just added up all my receipts from the hospital from when I was so horribly sick last month, and my health insurance is going to owe me 3812 RMB, which equates to about $604.00. I just found out that round-trip flights to Manila in April are around 2500 RMB. That's just under $400. This is maddeningly tempting. The problem is, I will want to take some of my vacation days to go there if I decide to go there. I finally got the exact dates that I'll have off for Chinese New Year! My boss emailed everyone tonight telling us we'll have January 22-28 off! I'm pretty excited for Spring 2009... it looks like my classes will all fit between the times of 3:00 PM and 8:50 PM. This will free up my mornings and most of the daytime for me to possibly work at a school or something awesome like that again. :D I really prefer having late afternoon/evening classes.
